You can usually do more/better than you think you can

In the past 48h I:

  • travelled to the other side of the planet (Portugal to Philippines) clocking over 16h of flights
  • had strong diarrhea for the entire duration of the trio and since arriving
  • arrived at 20h, had dinner and at 4h45 woke up to go climb the Taal, an island inside a lake, inside an island, inside a lake, inside an island, inside the ocean.
  • had an amazing massage
  • swam in the swimming pool
  • read a bedtime story to a friend’s kid
  • walked around the neighborhood
  • slept about 6h altogether

This is not bragging, this is a note to self that I can go further if I let myself go.
